Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Technician (RBT/BT)
As an RBT/BT, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA. This role involves direct support in teaching social skills, adaptive behaviors, and communication.
Qualification: RBT certification issued by the BACB (or willingness to complete training.
Pay rate: $20-$35 an hour
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
The BCBA will oversee treatment plans, conduct assessments, provide direct supervision of RBTs, and ensure that therapy is persob-centered and effective. You will collaborate closely with families,s cholos, and community partners.
Qualifications: BCBA certification issued by the BACB, licensure of state services are provided, experience with culturally responsive practices, strong communication skills, and commitment to upholding the BACB standards and ethical service delivery.
Pay rate: $90-$110 an hour
Respite Care Provider (RCP)
A Respite care provider offers temporary relief and support to families of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role focuses creating a safe space, supportive, and engaging environment for children while providing caregivers with a much-needed break.
Qualifications: Experience working with children with autism and ability to carry out individualized care strategies.
Pay rate: $18-25 an hour
